We’re looking for a passionate Senior Inside Sales Representative to join our team and help us revolutionise learning spaces. In this role, you’ll be the key contact for our clients, managing sales inquiries, building strong relationships, and coordinating sales activities. You’ll work closely with our sales, marketing, and design teams to ensure a smooth sales process and deliver outstanding service to our clients.


Responsibilities :

  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries and provide detailed information about our products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities with the sales team.
  • Prepare and manage sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Track and analyse sales data to spot trends and growth opportunities.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop and run sales campaigns.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Provide excellent customer service by quickly addressing client questions and resolving issues.
  • Help develop sales strategies and set sales targets.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and project coordination.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to improve sales effectiveness.


Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Inside Sales Coordinator or similar role, ideally in B2B sales.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and customer service.
  • Knowledge of the education, furniture, or design industry is a plus.
  • Passion for education, innovation, and creating impactful customer experiences.
