Role Overview


Senior HR Manager


You will act as a trusted partner to leadership, drive employee engagement, ensure compliance, and build scalable HR systems that support growth across teams and verticals.


Key Responsibilities


Build & Scale the People Function

  • Design and strengthen HR frameworks, policies, and processes aligned with business growth and company values
  • Own end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, performance management, employee lifecycle, and exits
  • Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR governance


Strategic HR Business Partnering

  • Partner closely with founders and leadership on people strategy, organization design, workforce planning, and talent development
  • Act as a coach to managers on performance management, team effectiveness, and leadership capability
  • Support business growth through proactive people planning and role structuring


Employee Relations & Culture

  • Lead employee relations, investigations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes with fairness and empathy
  • Champion a strong, inclusive, and high-engagement culture aligned with The Brand Bee’s values
  • Design and execute engagement initiatives that improve morale, retention, and collaboration

 

Talent & Capability Building

  • Work closely with hiring managers to support recruitment strategy and high-quality talent acquisition
  • Support hiring drives, interviews, and onboarding experiences
  • Drive learning, development, and capability-building initiatives across levels


Data, Insights & Continuous Improvement

  • Track and analyse key HR metrics such as attrition, engagement, performance, and workforce health
  • Use insights to recommend improvements and inform leadership decisions
  • Continuously evolve HR processes to keep pace with a fast-moving agency environment


What We’re Looking For


Must-Have Experience


  • 6–8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in agencies, consulting firms, startups, or high-growth organizations
  • Strong experience across HR business partnering, HR operations, and employee relations
  • Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Deep knowledge of Indian labour laws, compliance, and HR best practices
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills


Nice to Have


  • Experience scaling teams in a fast-growing environment
  • Exposure to creative, digital, or professional services organizations
  • Experience building engagement, leadership development, or culture programs
