Role Overview

Senior Human Resource Manager


Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic HR Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and vision.
  • Partner with leadership to design and drive organisational structure, manpower planning, and capability development.
  • Contribute to leadership decisions by providing strategic workforce insights.

2. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top talent across functions.
  • Establish

    art as an employer of choice through proactive branding and outreach.
  • Build strong internal and external talent pipelines.

3. Performance & Culture Management

  • Design and institutionalise robust performance management frameworks (KPIs, OKRs, Reviews).
  • Champion the

    art culture and values; lead initiatives that enhance engagement, ownership, and accountability.
  • Conduct regular culture audits and employee pulse checks.

4. Learning, Development & Capability Building

  • Identify training needs and facilitate individual and team development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with functional heads to drive leadership development and succession planning.
  • Leverage internal training resources and content to build a continuous learning environment.

5. HR Operations, Payroll & Compliance

  • Oversee smooth execution of HR operations, including onboarding, exit management, HRMS workflows, and documentation.
  • Manage payroll processing, including monthly salary disbursement, reimbursements, tax deductions, incentives, and full & final settlements with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Ensure timely compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
  • Draft, implement, and periodically update HR policies, SOPs, and code of conduct.

6. Internal Communication & Engagement

  • Build strong internal communication strategies to enhance alignment, motivation, and transparency.
  • Drive engagement calendars, employee connects, recognition programs, and grievance redressal systems.


Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA in Human Resources or equivalent (Tier I/II institute preferred).
  • 3–8 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in fast-growth organisations or consulting/training domains.
  • Proven track record in building high-performance teams and driving transformation.
