Serve as the primary liaison between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders with utmost discretion. Ensure timely compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory requirements. Draft, implement, and periodically update HR policies, SOPs, and code of conduct. 6.
