Key Responsibilities

· Executive Support & Calendar Management:

Seamlessly manage the Chairman’s calendar, appointments, travel, meetings, and follow-ups. Ensure strategic time utilisation and meeting preparedness.

· Communication & Coordination:

Draft high-quality emails, proposals, and presentations. Serve as the primary liaison between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders with utmost discretion.

· Project Tracking & Execution Oversight:

Assist in monitoring strategic initiatives, training schedules, and business transformation projects to ensure timely execution and alignment with organisational priorities.

· Research & Briefings:

Prepare pre-meeting briefs, business insights, competitor intelligence, and research summaries to enable effective decision-making.

· Confidentiality & Discretion:

Handle sensitive information and high-stakes interactions with professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.

Qualifications

· Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent

· 2–5 years of experience in a similar executive support or strategic coordination role

· Exposure to entrepreneurship, business consulting, or learning & development sectors is a plus
