Job Description

Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage CEO's daily schedule, calendar, meetings, and appointments efficiently
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and record MOM (Minutes of Meeting)
  • Act as a communication bridge between CEO, senior management, and external stakeholders
  • Draft, review, and manage official emails, letters, reports, and presentations for the CEO
  • Track action points from meetings and ensure timely follow-up and closure
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and strategic discussions
  • Assist CEO in strategic planning, reviews, and management presentations
  • Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and summaries for management review
  • Coordinate with departments to collect data and ensure timely submission to CEO
  • Handle travel planning, accommodation, and logistics for CEO
  • Organize board meetings, leadership meetings, and important company events
  • Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and record management
  • Support HR/Admin in coordination tasks as instructed by CEO
  • Monitor deadlines, priorities, and reminders to ensure smooth workflow
  • Handle special projects and assignments delegated by the CEO
Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work under pressure with accuracy and discretion
  • Professional attitude with high integrity and confidentiality
  • Good coordination and interpersonal skills
Qualification & Experience:
  • Graduate / Post-Graduate in Management, Commerce, or relevant field
  • 25 years of experience as Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Management Assistant
  • Experience working with senior leadership preferred
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Timely coordination and completion of CEO-related tasks
  • Accuracy of reports, MOM, and documentation
  • Effective follow-up and closure of action items
  • Communication effectiveness with internal and external stakeholders
