The role requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks and contribute to the efficiency and success of the executive team. The role would involve Fixing Meetings with various stakeholders in the Industry- Bankers, Family Office, Debt VCs, and Corporates, providing executive and HR support, managing expense reports, and diary management. The Job might involve travelling in and out of Mumbai. The Placement Head will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial planning, financial modeling, due diligence processes, and accounting. We’re looking for an experienced professional with strong connects and relationships with Banks, NBFCs, Fund Flows, AIFs, and Lenders who can independently chase and close deals on it's own to drive business growth. The role also includes conducting in-depth financial analyses, developing financial strategies, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. Effective coordination with clients and stakeholders is essential to ensure that all financial initiatives align with the company’s objectives.
