Location: BKC, Kalina, Mumbai (WFO)

Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday–Saturday (2nd, 3rd & 4th Saturdays Off)

About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media & Content Manager who can create and manage high-quality content across LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. The role requires strong video execution capabilities and an understanding of professional, brand-led communication.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and manage the content calendar for all platforms

* Shoot and produce content for reels, shorts, interviews, and brand videos

* Manage YouTube uploads, titles, thumbnails, and publishing schedules

* Work on scripts, concepts, and storytelling for founder-led and company-led content

* Oversee post-production to ensure clean, professional output

* Capture content during meetings, events, and on-ground activities

* Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual standard

* Track performance insights and recommend improvements

Skills & Competencies Required

* Strong video execution capabilities (shooting + editing)

* Ability to translate business topics into clear, engaging content

* Good understanding of social media formats and platform requirements

* Creative thinking with attention to detail

* Strong communication and organisational skills

* Comfort with fast-paced content cycles and deadlines
