Position: Social Media & Content Manager Location: Remote / Flexible (India based) Compensation: To be discussed About the Organization Raising A Mathematician Foundation is a registered non-profit foundation focused on developing mathematical talent among school-aged students through camps, Olympiad preparation, learning programs, and community engagement initiatives. The organization promotes deeper understanding, critical thinking, and a sustained passion for mathematics. Role Summary The Social Media & Content Manager will be responsible for end-to-end social media presence, brand consistency, content planning, and community engagement across RAM’s digital platforms. This role requires an individual with the ability to create high-quality visual content, understand the organization’s objectives, and engage meaningfully with diverse stakeholders. Responsibilities Design and produce flyers, social posts, promotional materials, and short-form videos Develop a comprehensive content calendar aligned with organizational priorities Manage social media accounts, including posting, monitoring, responding to queries Drive community engagement and cultivation of an active online audience Track platform analytics and make data-based recommendations Coordinate with program teams to understand initiatives and create supporting content Maintain brand tone, messaging consistency, and content quality Required Qualifications Prior social media management or content creation experience (preferred, but not required) Strong design and video-editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Adobe, etc.) Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Understanding of social media analytics Growth mindset and willingness to adapt to evolving needs Preferred Qualifications Experience with nonprofits, educational initiatives, or youth programs Familiarity with digital marketing tools and scheduling platforms Interest in mathematics or STEM education Application Requirements Resume/CV Portfolio of relevant work if you have prior experience (posts, designs, videos, campaigns) Brief statement of interest Email at contact@raisingamathematician.com | Mention job code 'SMI' in the subject line
