Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, located in Mumbai. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive executive support, managing the CEO’s schedule and diary, preparing expense reports, and performing administrative tasks as assigned. The Executive Assistant will serve as a key resource to ensure the efficient execution of day-to-day operations and facilitate seamless communication and coordination across teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance.
• Proficiency in Executive Support, Diary Management, and organizing schedules.
• Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports with attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication, time management, and organizational abilities.
• Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Proficiency in office software tools and familiarity with modern communication platforms.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a plus.
