Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Consultant based in Mumbai. The Business Consultant will analyze business challenges, provide tailored solutions, and guide organizations in improving their operational efficiency. They will engage in management consulting, collaborate with business teams to develop and implement strategies, and provide financial insights to support critical decision-making. The role requires exceptional communication to deliver recommendations effectively and assist in overall business transformation.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate business performance and recommend actionable solutions
• Experience in Consulting and Management Consulting to identify challenges and innovations
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively share insights and build relationships
• Understanding of Finance to analyze business metrics and ensure sound decision-making
• Proven ability to work in a team-oriented, dynamic on-site environment in Mumbai
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline; MBA preferred
• Experience in working with MSMEs and corporate clients is an advantage
