Job Description

The Senior Human Resource Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations. The role supports leadership in driving HR initiatives, improving employee experience, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination with hiring managers.
  • Develop effective hiring strategies and maintain talent pipelines.
  • Lead onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth assimilation of new employees.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee grievances and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct employee engagement activities and support retention initiatives.
  • Maintain positive workplace culture and ensure employee satisfaction.

3. HR Operations & Documentation

  • Oversee HR MIS, employee records, HRIS updates, and attendance management.
  • Manage payroll inputs, leave records, and statutory documentation.
  • Ensure timely issuance of letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, etc.).

4. Performance Management

  • Support annual and mid-year performance appraisal cycles.
  • Ensure KPI/KRA alignment and assist managers with performance evaluations.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.

5. Policy Implementation & Compliance

  • Implement HR policies and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory norms, and company standards.
  • Conduct internal audits and ensure adherence to HR processes.

6. HR Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare HR reports such as turnover, hiring metrics, engagement scores, etc.
  • Analyze HR data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

7. Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and business leaders.
  • Mentor junior HR team members.
  • Support HR leadership in strategic initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of strong HR generalist experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and confidentiality handling.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with HRMS/HRIS platforms.
  • Ability to handle high-volume hiring and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to use data for insights and decisions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
