Job Title: Intermediate Human Resources (HR) Executive / HR Generalist Location: RANCHI Department: Human Resources Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Intermediate Human Resources Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting core HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR compliance, and payroll coordination. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on HR experience and is ready to take the next step in their career, contributing to both strategic initiatives and daily HR operations. Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure timely hiring. Manage the onboarding and induction process for new hires. 2. Employee Relations & Engagement Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns. Support employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and internal communications. Assist in conflict resolution and promote a positive work culture. 3. Performance Management Support the annual performance appraisal process. Assist managers in setting goals and tracking employee performance metrics. Provide input on training and development needs. 4. HR Operations & Compliance Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices. Support audits, HR reporting, and policy documentation. 5. Compensation & Benefits Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure accuracy in attendance, leave, and salary processing. Administer employee benefits and handle related queries. 6. Learning & Development (L&D) Support training coordination, feedback collection, and follow-up on L&D initiatives. Qualifications & Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. (MBA in HR preferred) Experience: 2–5 years of HR experience in a generalist or specialist role. Technical Skills: Familiarity with HR software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Zoho People, etc.) Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Knowledge: Understanding of labor laws, HR compliance, and best practices. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Key Competencies:Confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive HR data. Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a proactive, result-oriented mindset.
