Role & responsibilities:

Job Title: Senior Executive HR

About the Role (Overview):

We are looking for dynamic and experienced HR to manage core HR functions at our apparels warehouse unit. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working in a warehouse environment, with a strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and workforce management.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment of staff.

• Handle onboarding, induction, and exit formalities for employees.

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation as per compliance standards.

• Oversee time office activities including attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.

• Address employee grievances and maintain discipline at the workplace.

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, Factory Act, etc.

• Liaise with government authorities and external vendors for labor law audits and inspections.

• Support in training and development programs for worker skill enhancement.

• Generate HR reports and support management with data-driven insights.

• Experience & Education:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• Up to 3 years of relevant experience in the apparel/textile industry.

• Strong understanding of HR operations in a manufacturing setup.

• Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliance.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.

• Ability to handle field-level challenges and workforce dynamics.

• Location: Surat, Sachin.

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday

• Working Time: 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM
