Job Description

As an experienced HR professional, you will be responsible for various key functions within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Campus Hiring & Placement Coordination: - Plan and execute end-to-end campus recruitment drives across colleges and technical institutes - Build relationships with placement officers to ensure a strong talent pipeline - Conduct pre-placement sessions, coordinate interview schedules, and handle post-offer engagement - Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: - Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding - Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop hiring plans - Ensure timely closure of open positions and maintain recruitment MIS - Address employee queries related to salary, reimbursements, and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS) - Policy Formulation & HR Documentation: - Assist in drafting and updating HR policies in line with company goals and labor law compliance - Ensure policy communication and implementation across all departments - Maintain up-to-date HR records and audit-ready documentation - KRA/KPI & Performance Management: - Support in defining KRAs and KPIs for roles in collaboration with department heads - Facilitate the performance appraisal process: goal-setting, mid-year, and annual reviews - Compile and analyze performance data for management reviews - Assist in planning development actions based on performance outcomes - Employee Lifecycle & Engagement: - Manage onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring smooth transitions - Conduct exit interviews and identify areas of improvement - Support employee engagement programs and feedback mechanisms - Interdepartmental Coordination: - Act as a liaison between HR and other departments (Admin, IT, Finance) for smoother HR operations - Provide support on cross-functional HR needs including manpower planning, resource allocation, and grievance handling Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred) - 2-4 years of relevant HR experience with proven exposure to campus hiring & recruitment - Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities Your presence during the morning shift is required for this full-time position. Additionally, having 1 year of campus placement experience is preferred. The work location is in person.
