Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to drive performance and professional growth. Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers, clients, and partners. Identify new business opportunities and expand into untapped markets. Track, analyze, and report sales metrics and performance trends to senior management. Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts with company goals. Negotiate and close high-value deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to drive growth. Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Solid understanding of sales performance metrics, forecasting, and reporting tools. Excellent negotiation, networking, and client relationship management skills. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
