As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the full spectrum of human resources functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. You will be a point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters. Company Website : info@jyothifm.com Responsibilities: Employee Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, fostering positive employee relations and a supportive work environment. Address and resolve employee grievances and conflicts in a fair and timely manner. Performance Management: Support the implementation and administration of the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions. Provide guidance to managers on performance-related issues. Compensation and Benefits: Assist with the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and leave policies. HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company regulations. Ensure consistent application of policies and provide interpretation and guidance to employees and managers. Training and Development: Identify training and development needs and coordinate appropriate programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Assist in the delivery of training sessions as needed. HR Compliance: Stay up-to-date with relevant labor laws and regulations in India and ensure company practices are compliant. Assist with HR audits and reporting requirements. HRIS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Generate HR reports and analytics as required. Employee Engagement: Participate in initiatives to promote employee engagement, morale, and retention. Assist in organizing company events and activities. Other HR Duties: Undertake other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree in HR is a plus. 2+ years of progressive HR generalist experience. Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Proven ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with employees at all levels. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with HRIS software. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. A proactive and results-oriented approach.
