You will support HRBPs and business leaders in the execution and implementation of people and talent strategies that create value for the business. You play a key role in ensuring coordination of key initiatives across large, functionally aligned employee populations. You will provide data driven insights and inputs that help shape our strategy, and drive accountability for the successful implementation of goals and initiatives.
Key Accountabilities
Implementing HR strategy.
You will partner with the HR Leader to implement key HR initiatives and interventions that support the business strategy.
Retaining talent.
You will be an active contributor to the implementation of defined retention strategies in partnership with Market HR. You’ll produce reporting and insights to assist HR leaders with measuring impact, and following up on progress.
Talent management and development.
You’ll assist with the organization and execution of Talent Reviews. You will also ensure accountability for action plans, and help maintain up to date succession plans.
Organizational effectiveness.
You will support your respective HR leader in executing against organizational effectiveness strategies such as workforce planning, process changes, workflow changes, hiring review. You’ll assist with the development of competencies and new role profiles. Additionally, you’ll leverage data to contribute to business cases for location strategy, compensation changes, talent planning etc. You will also develop and maintain tools to track progress against key initiatives and strategic workforce planning (e,g hiring , out of cycle compensation reviews etc).
Employee relations, labor relations and performance management.
You will support the HR leader in identifying situations that require employee relations interventions eg. performance improvement plans, investigations. and engage Market HR who will lead the correct approach and process.
Culture, values and Diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I)
You will assist HR leaders in the roll out of HR initiatives that support the organization's values, mission, and DE&I goals. You’ll also support the roll out of key global initiatives (eg. engagement survey) at the function or market-facing team level, aligning with Market HR when relevant.
Change management and communication.
You will assist with the roll out of key change initiatives and communication campaigns. You’ll partner with internal comms to develop communications. Additionally, you will support your respective HR leader in building change management materials, gathering appropriate stakeholder feedback and executing against plans.
Financial acumen.
You will provide your finance business partner and respective HR leader with required inputs to guide building and managing to our operating plan and 3YP. You'll demonstrate an understanding of the financials of the businesses you support.
Partner to the business.
You will partner with people managers within the organization, providing guidance and support on HR issues such as talent planning, team structure, and transformation initiatives. You’ll help leaders identify and address HR challenges within their functions, and work to develop solutions that align with the team goals
Skills And Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent business experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or similar role
- Demonstrated financial acumen
- Experience implementing HR strategies that are aligned to the organization's overall strategy and goals
- Demonstrated experience in employee relations, performance management, and talent development
- Knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements
- Demonstrated ability to use data to inform HR strategy and decision making
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with managers and employees
- Demonstrated experience supporting the implementation of change initiatives within the organization
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to manage across a diverse workeforce, promoting diversity, equity and inclusion throughout the organization
