AcadAlly is changing this.Our AI-powered engine, LEAP (Learning Engine for Adaptive Personalisation) continuously analyzes how each student learns, diagnoses gaps, and delivers real-time personalized remediation through adaptive assessments in STEM subjects.

Now, we’re looking for a Senior Growth Manager to lead our consumer launch — driving awareness, downloads, and subscriptions to make AcadAlly a household name.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for driving user growth, engagement, and monetization across all B2C channels.This is a hands-on execution role with full ownership of the growth funnel — from lead generation and ad performance to conversion and retention.

Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth Strategy & Execution

  • Own the complete growth funnel — Awareness → Acquisition → Activation → Retention → Revenue.
  • Build, execute, and optimize campaigns across paid (Meta, Google, YouTube), organic (content, SEO), and referral channels.
  • Continuously experiment with new acquisition hooks, creatives, offers, and landing pages to reduce CAC and improve conversion.

Performance Marketing

  • Plan, launch, and manage digital ad campaigns end-to-end (from audience selection to creatives and copy).
  • Track performance metrics (CTR, CAC, ROAS, LTV) and report insights weekly.
  • Manage a monthly performance budget efficiently, ensuring 3x+ ROI on ad spend.

WhatsApp & Funnel Automation

  • Design and deploy WhatsApp-based onboarding and conversion flows (e.g. Free Diagnostic → Personalised Report → Paid Plan).
  • Use tools like Interakt, WATI, or Twilio to automate lead nurturing and retargeting.

Influencer & Community Marketing

  • Identify and onboard micro-influencers (teachers, parenting bloggers, edutok creators).
  • Build partnerships with parent communities, schools, and ed-influencers to expand organic reach.
  • Track influencer ROI and establish repeat collaborations.

Conversion & Retention Optimization

  • Collaborate with product and design teams to improve landing pages, pricing plans, and paywall UX.
  • Conduct A/B tests on offers, CTAs, and onboarding flows.
  • Build referral loops (Invite 2 friends, get 1 month free) and retention hooks (progress reports, badges, WhatsApp updates).

Analytics & Insights

  • Set up dashboards to track key growth metrics (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude).
  • Translate data into actionable insights to improve funnel performance.
  • Report on growth experiments, outcomes, and learnings weekly to leadership.

Ideal Candidate ProfileMust-Have

  • 4–8 years in growth, performance marketing, or product marketing — ideally in EdTech, SaaS, or consumer tech.
  • Proven experience scaling a consumer product to 50K–100K+ paying users.
  • Deep, hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and WhatsApp automation tools.
  • Ability to write compelling ad copy, conceptualize creatives, and interpret campaign data.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Excel dashboards.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience working in K–12 EdTech or parenting-focused products.
  • Exposure to product-led growth or freemium funnels.
  • Familiarity with influencer outreach or affiliate management.
  • Prior experience in early-stage startup environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
