Job Description

You are a versatile creative professional with expertise in performance marketing and content creation. Your primary responsibility will be to create and optimize high-converting promotional content for Guru App, utilizing data-driven creative strategies to drive measurable growth. In terms of performance marketing, you will manage end-to-end paid media campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, and YouTube. You will analyze performance data to identify winning patterns, conduct A/B testing of creative variations, and optimize key performance metrics. Collaboration with the data team to build attribution models, design creative testing frameworks, and stay updated on platform algorithm changes will also be part of your role. For creative production, you will lead AI-assisted creative production for short-form promotional videos, develop compelling scripts tailored for Indian audiences, and supervise the creation of performance-driven creative assets for various ad placements. Maintaining a consistent brand voice, producing variations of high-performing creatives, and collaborating with editors to create engaging visuals will also be essential. Your required experience includes 3+ years in performance marketing, managing significant monthly ad spend, and 2+ years in creative content creation, especially for mobile apps. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads platforms, as well as a track record of improving campaign performance through creative optimization, are necessary. Knowledge of AI content creation tools and a portfolio showcasing conversion-focused content creation are also required. In terms of skills, you should have advanced proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms, expertise in campaign optimization and bid strategies, strong analytical skills, and experience with attribution models and customer journey mapping. Proficiency in AI content creation tools, storytelling abilities, bilingual content creation skills, and platform-specific creative best practices are also essential. Basic video editing skills and familiarity with creative production workflows are expected. Preferred qualifications include experience in EdTech, FinTech, or subscription-based mobile apps, knowledge of growth marketing strategies, an understanding of Indian cultural nuances, experience with marketing automation tools, and familiarity with creative asset management systems.
