Senior Growth Manager

As a Senior Growth Manager at Superkicks, your role will involve: - Managing Media spends across different platforms. - Optimizing vitals performance metrics: CPC, CPM, CTR, RoAS, CAC. - Managing inventory forecasting and coordinating with ops for inventory procurement. - Collaborating with Content and Marketing team to brainstorm and execute campaigns. - Owning Top line and delivering high ROI campaigns. - Analyzing and Tracking Ecommerce performance and planning strategies to further grow it. - Owning Retention, SEO, and owned media strategy to drive business avenues. Qualifications for this position include: - 5+ years of experience as an Ecommerce/ Performance/ Growth manager in a D2C. - Knack for data and analytics. - Strong Mathematics and Business acumen is a must. - Detailed experience with Shopify. - Experience working on ad platforms like Meta, Google, Snapchat. - Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and business analysis. - Excellent communication skills.
