E-Commerce Manager

You are a results-driven E-Commerce Manager responsible for leading and growing online sales channels. Your role involves overseeing day-to-day e-commerce operations, developing digital marketing strategies, managing platforms, and enhancing customer experience and conversion rates. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, technical e-commerce knowledge, and a deep understanding of online consumer behavior. You will manage e-commerce websites and marketplaces, such as Myntra and Flipkart. Develop and implement digital strategies to boost online traffic, customer acquisition, retention, and sales. Supervise product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory synchronization across various channels. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns, and influencer partnerships. Utilize tools like Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to monitor daily website performance, traffic, and conversion metrics. Ensure an optimized user experience (UX) and interface (UI) on the website. Work closely with developers and designers for website updates and feature rollouts. Manage e-commerce customer service and fulfillment coordination. Analyze performance reports to recommend data-driven improvements. Keep abreast of industry trends, conduct competitor analysis, and stay updated on new technologies. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or related fields. An MBA is a plus. You should have 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing. Familiarity with marketplaces like Myntra, Flipkart, and logistics coordination is essential. Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, and email marketing tools is required. Strong communication, project management skills, analytical mindset, attention to detail, and growth-focused attitude are crucial. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
