Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Growth Manager, located in Hyderabad. The Senior Growth Manager will be responsible for driving user growth, engaging with the tech community, and developing effective growth strategies. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, creating marketing campaigns, collaborating with various teams to optimize user acquisition, retention, and overseeing product promotion initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Growth Strategies, Marketing Campaigns, and Market Analysis
• Experience in User Acquisition, Retention Strategies, and Community Engagement
• Strong Analytical Skills, Data-Driven Decision Making, and Market Research
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience in tech or education sectors is a plus
• Bechelor degree must be from IIT , NIT , IIIT , MNIT ,BITS Pilani Institute

Preferred Experience:

• 2+ years in business development, growth, or community building
• Experience in edtech, early-stage startup, or community-led roles is a plus
• Leadership experience managing team members or campus teams
