Senior Full-Stack Engineer

**Position Title:** Full-Stack Engineer (Senior Level)

**Location:** Ahmedabad, India – On-site only (strictly no remote or hybrid)

**Experience Required:** 10–15 years

About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Full-Stack Engineer with 10 to 15 years of proven expertise in building, scaling, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications. This is a senior leadership role, ideal for professionals who combine deep technical mastery with strong domain knowledge and a passion for mentoring teams. The successful candidate will be based in our Ahmedabad office and play a pivotal role in shaping innovative, domain-specific solutions for our business.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications across front-end and back-end layers.

· Drive end-to-end development efforts, ensuring code quality, performance optimization, and best practices.

· Apply deep domain expertise to create industry-relevant solutions tailored to business needs.

· Guide, mentor, and upskill junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

· Work closely with product managers, designers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.

· Evaluate emerging technologies and propose strategic improvements to existing systems and processes.

Technical Skills & Competencies

· Front-End Expertise:

· Advanced proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, Angular, or Vue.js

· Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, responsive design, and accessibility standards

· Experience with state management (Redux, MobX, etc.) and front-end build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.)

· Back-End Mastery:

· Hands-on expertise in Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET Core

· Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, microservices, and event-driven architectures

· Proficiency in databases: SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra)

· Deep understanding of system performance, scalability, and security practices

· Additional Tools & Platforms:

· Cloud services: AWS, Azure, or GCP (with experience in deployment, CI/CD, and containerization using Docker/Kubernetes)

· Version control & collaboration: Git, GitHub/GitLab, Bitbucket

· Testing frameworks: Jest, Mocha, Cypress, JUnit, PyTest, etc.

· Familiarity with DevOps workflows, monitoring, and logging tools

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

· Relevant industry certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional) are highly desirable

· Demonstrated experience delivering full-stack solutions within domain-specific contexts (e.g., fintech, telematics, AI/ML, enterprise SaaS, or IoT platforms)
