Job Description – Senior Full-Stack Engineer **Position Title:** Full-Stack Engineer (Senior Level) **Location:** Ahmedabad, India – On-site only (strictly no remote or hybrid) **Experience Required:** 10–15 years **Compensation:** Competitive and flexible, with no upper limit; commensurate with qualifications and deep domain expertise About the Role We are seeking an accomplished Senior Full-Stack Engineer with 10 to 15 years of proven expertise in building, scaling, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications. This is a senior leadership role, ideal for professionals who combine deep technical mastery with strong domain knowledge and a passion for mentoring teams. The successful candidate will be based in our Ahmedabad office and play a pivotal role in shaping innovative, domain-specific solutions for our business. Key Responsibilities · Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications across front-end and back-end layers. · Drive end-to-end development efforts, ensuring code quality, performance optimization, and best practices. · Apply deep domain expertise to create industry-relevant solutions tailored to business needs. · Guide, mentor, and upskill junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. · Work closely with product managers, designers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences. · Evaluate emerging technologies and propose strategic improvements to existing systems and processes.
