Job Description End to end Talent Acquisition, sourcing to Offer roll-out. Develop and maintain a strong and diverse talent pipeline aligned with the company s current and future hiring needs. Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify top-tier candidates. Implement a comprehensive and forward-thinking talent acquisition strategy aimed at attracting high-caliber professionals for mid to senior management roles. Collaborate closely with department leaders and stakeholders to understand organizational goals and tailor hiring plans that align with business objectives. Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to extending offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies, ensuring they align with the company s goals. Provide regular reports to senior management, offering insights on recruitment progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Ensure full compliance with employment laws and regulations and stay informed of industry best practices to continuously refine and enhance the recruitment process.
