Job Description: As a Senior Executive in Talent Acquisition for the retail industry segment, your primary responsibility will be to lead the recruitment process for various roles within the retail sector. This will involve sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to match the organization's needs. Additionally, you will be required to coordinate with HR Consultants to ensure a smooth hiring process. You will report directly to the HR Manager, providing regular updates on recruitment activities. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct talent acquisition activities for the retail industry segment - Collaborate with HR Consultants to streamline the recruitment process - Report progress and updates to the HR Manager Qualifications Required: - MBA degree - Minimum of 5 years of experience in the retail segment - Prior experience working in a consultant firm would be advantageous Please note that the work location for this role is RS Puram, Coimbatore.
