Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition to join our HR team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end hiring, with a strong focus on embedded skills recruitment. This role demands excellent communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to leverage AI tools and Power BI for smarter sourcing and hiring decisions.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies.Ensure timely closure of positions with quality hires.

Embedded Skills Hiring

Source and assess candidates for embedded systems, firmware, and semiconductor roles.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of niche technical talent.

AI-Driven Sourcing & Analytics

Utilize AI tools and platforms to enhance sourcing efficiency and candidate engagement.Generate hiring dashboards and insights using Power BI to support data-driven decisions.

Stakeholder Management

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth hiring operations.Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the process.

Employer Branding & Engagement

Support initiatives to enhance MosChip’s employer brand.Participate in job fairs, campus drives, and online campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in embedded/semiconductor hiring.Strong understanding of technical roles and hiring processes.Proficiency in Power BI and experience using AI tools in recruitment.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
