Strategic Talent Planning

• Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop recruitment roadmaps.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for key roleseven before job openings arise.
  

Full-Cycle Recruitment

• Lead end-to-end recruitment: writing effective job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting screenings and interviews, managing offers, and facilitating onboarding.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels including referrals, job boards, LinkedIn, and industry networks to attract top talent.
  

Assessment & Candidate Experience

• Conduct structured, competency-based interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural alignment.
• Ensure a highly professional and engaging experience for all candidates at every stage of the recruitment process.
  

Candidate Tracking & Analytics

• Manage job postings and maintain accurate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness to inform hiring decisions.
  

Stakeholder Engagement & Team Collaboration

• Align with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, clarify job requirements, and set hiring expectations.
• Mentor and support junior recruiters or talent acquisition team members.
  

Compliance & Process Optimization

• Ensure recruitment processes adhere to legal standards and organizational policies.
• Continuously refine procedures and tools to enhance sourcing efficiency and candidate experience.
