Job Title: Senior Human Resource Executive
Department: Human ResourcesLocation: A-410 Stellar, Sindhu Bhavan Road, Ahmedabad 380054Reports To: CEO Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Human Resource Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will take a lead role in end-to-end recruitment while also contributing to other HR functions including onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a hands-on approach, and a passion for building a strong organizational culture.Key Responsibilities:• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle — from understanding job requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.• Collaborate with department heads to identify current and future staffing needs.• Source candidates through various channels – job portals, social media, consultancies, and employee referrals.• Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate final rounds with hiring managers.• Maintain recruitment dashboards and ensure timely closure of open positions.• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring roles.• Manage onboarding and induction programs for new hires.• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.• Support payroll and attendance management coordination.• Handle employee queries, grievances, and exit formalities in a professional manner.• Assist in performance appraisal cycles and data collation.• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives.• Support HR policies implementation and employee communication programs.• Ensure proper documentation for new hires, resignations, and internal movements.• Support statutory compliance and HR audit requirements.• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company HR policies.Required Qualifications & Experience:• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.• 3–6 years of experience in Recruitment and HR operations.• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing tools, and HR best practices.• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities efficiently.Key Skills:• End-to-End Recruitment• Talent Sourcing & Screening• HR Operations & Documentation• Onboarding & Employee Relations• Performance Management Support• Communication & Coordination• Problem Solving & Decision MakingEmployment Type: Full-timeCTC: Up to 6 LPA.Looking for the candidate who can join Immediate or within 15 days.Please share Your CV on himanitailorhr@gmail.com or 95120 11639.
