Key Responsibilities (IT Recruitment):

  • Manage

    end-to-end IT recruitment

    for technical roles (Developers, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, AI, etc.)
  • Source candidates via

    LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social hiring

  • Conduct initial

    HR screening

    , schedule technical interviews, and follow up with candidates
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements, feedback, and closures
  • Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and hiring reports
  • Build and maintain a strong

    talent pipeline

    for ongoing and future IT needs

HR Operations:

  • Employee onboarding and documentation
  • Support HR policies, attendance, and basic compliance
  • Assist in employee engagement and retention initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in

    IT recruitment (mandatory)

  • Strong knowledge of

    IT skills, roles, and hiring platforms

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Experience with ATS and LinkedIn hiring tools
  • Ability to handle multiple positions and deadlines
