Senior Software Engineer - Python/React.js

Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management : Lead, mentor, and guide a high-performing team of developers across both frontend and backend technologies, fostering their growth and ensuring project success. Project Architecture Design : Collaborate actively with cross-functional teams to design and architect robust, scalable, secure, and performant end-to-end project solutions. Database Architecture : Design and implement highly efficient, reliable, and scalable database systems using PostgreSQL and MongoDB. AWS Cloud Expertise : Leverage a wide range of AWS services (such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, and others) for building cloud-based application solutions and managing infrastructure. Serverless Development : Utilize serverless architecture and AWS Lambda specifically for building scalable and cost-efficient applications. Client Interaction : Serve as the primary technical point of contact for client communications, expertly translating complex business requirements into clear technical solutions and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with other developers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure the technical vision and strategy are well-executed across all phases of development. Continuous Improvement : Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices, actively applying them to continuously improve team efficiency, product quality, and development processes. Required Skills & Qualifications Overall Experience : Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development. Leadership Experience : At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role, managing and guiding a team of developers. Backend Development : Strong expertise in Python, with hands-on experience using frameworks like Django, Flask, FastAPI, or similar. Frontend Development : Proficient experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js). Cloud Infrastructure : Proven proficiency in using a wide array of AWS services including Lambda, S3, EC2, RDS, DynamoDB, and API Gateway to build cloud-based solutions. Database Management : Strong experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB, including the ability to design scalable and efficient database architectures. Serverless Architecture : Demonstrated experience with designing and implementing serverless applications, particularly using AWS Lambda and other serverless components. Communication : Fluent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective interaction with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including clients. Nice To Have Experience with additional cloud platforms such as Azure or Google Cloud. Solid knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
