Job Title: Sr HR Executive
Location: Makarba Ahmedabad Experience: 3+ Years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive – HR Operations to oversee and manage various HR functions, including employee life cycle management, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should have 3 years of experience in HR operations and a strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices. Key Responsibilities: HR Operations & Employee Life Cycle Management: • Manage end-to-end employee life cycle processes, including onboarding, probation, confirmation, transfers, and exits. • Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS system. • Ensure accurate documentation and filing of HR-related paperwork. Payroll & Compensation Management: • Assist in payroll processing by collating attendance, leave, and salary data. • Coordinate with the finance team for payroll processing and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.). • Handle employee reimbursements, salary revisions, and F&F settlements. HR Compliance & Policy Implementation: • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. • Manage statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, and other employee benefits. • Assist in audits and government inspections related to HR compliance. Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling: • Plan and execute employee engagement activities to improve workplace culture. • Address employee grievances, ensuring a smooth resolution process. • Act as a bridge between management and employees for effective communication. Performance Management & Training: • Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating with managers and employees. • Assist in training and development initiatives as per organizational needs. • Monitor and track employee development plans and progress. HR Systems & Reporting: • Manage HRMS and generate reports on headcount, attrition, leave, and other key HR metrics. • Develop and maintain HR dashboards for management review. • Provide data-driven insights for decision-making. Requirements & Qualifications: • Education: MBA/PGDM in HR, or a relevant degree. • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Operations. • Strong knowledge of HR processes, payroll management, and labor laws. • Proficiency in HRMS software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
