Job Description

Job responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Manage the full employee life cycle, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, development, and exit processes.
Design and enforce HR policies related to performance management, compensation, benefits, and compliance.
Oversee legal documentation for employment contracts and related records.
Drive employee engagement, culture-building initiatives, and grievance resolution.
Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and other applicable HR regulations.
Partner with leadership to identify organizational needs and support workforce planning.
Monitor key HR metrics and prepare reports to support management decision-making.
Lead and mentor the HR team to deliver high-quality HR services.
Manage payroll, attendance, and HRMS systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualification required:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in HR with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Hands-on experience with HRMS, ATS, and MS Office tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
