You are looking for an experienced Sales/Business Development professional in the plastic masterbatch, additives, and recycled plastic granules industry with a focus on the international market. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and business growth, build strong client relationships, and meet business targets. It is crucial to have a background in plastic engineering to effectively communicate the technical aspects of the products and services offered. Your key responsibilities will include driving sales and business development activities in international markets, developing and implementing business strategies for company growth, maintaining relationships with key clients and suppliers, identifying new business opportunities, collaborating with the operations team for order fulfillment, managing the international sales pipeline, conducting market research, and providing customer feedback for product improvement. While the role does not require visiting client locations initially, exceptional performance may lead to the opportunity to visit international clients for further relationship development. To qualify for this position, you should have at least 2 years of sales or business development experience in the plastic industry, a Bachelor's degree in Plastic Engineering or a related field, a strong understanding of plastic additives and masterbatch industry, proven ability in sales strategy development and execution, excellent communication and negotiation skills, relationship-building capabilities in international markets, knowledge of market trends and customer needs, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.,
Job responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Manage the full employee life cycle, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, development, and exit processes. Design and enforce HR policies related to performance management, compensation, benefits, and compliance. Oversee legal documentation for employment contracts and related records. Drive employee engagement, culture-building initiatives, and grievance resolution. Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and other applicable HR regulations. Partner with leadership to identify organizational needs and support workforce planning. Monitor key HR metrics and prepare reports to support management decision-making. Lead and mentor the HR team to deliver high-quality HR services. Manage payroll, attendance, and HRMS systems to ensure accuracy and compliance. Qualification required: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience (3+ years) in HR with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity. Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills. Hands-on experience with HRMS, ATS, and MS Office tools.
