Senior Executive Human Resources

The Senior Executive Human Resources role involves handling various HR and Administration responsibilities efficiently. You will be responsible for maintaining employee records, updating data in Zing-HR, preparing duty rosters, and managing office stationery. Additionally, you will supervise housekeeping staff to ensure a neat work environment and handle staff medical matters. In terms of Recruitment and Selection, you will maintain a resume database, assist in screening CVs, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and coordinate interview arrangements. You will also be involved in verifying educational and experience certificates, preparing offer letters, and conducting employee orientation programs. Furthermore, you will work on attendance modules, coordinate salary processing, resolve staff salary issues, and attend to employee grievances. It will be your responsibility to ensure the welfare and well-being of employees, maintain records of welfare cases, and act as a Single Point of Contact for employees" medical insurance needs. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Arts/Commerce, with a preference for a Master's Degree in Business Administration/PGDM in HR. A minimum of 6 months experience in recruitment & selection and 3 years of HR domain experience is required. Strong communication, interpersonal, and writing skills are essential, along with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and various computerized systems.
