Internship – Human ResourcesLocation: Mumbai Job Responsibilities:Assist in Recruitment:Review and screen resume to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms. Onboarding:Prepare and organize onboarding materials for new hires.Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and filed correctly.Assist in arranging onboarding requirements for new hires like ID card, email id request etc. Employee Relations:Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities and events. HR Administration:Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.Process HR paperwork, including Candidates CV’s, Interview Assessments etcAssist in creating and maintaining HR reports and metrics. Qualifications:Educational Background: Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
