Senior Executive Human Resources

Role Overview: As an experienced and dynamic HR Executive, your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage all aspects of the Human Resources function. You are expected to have a strong expertise in statutory compliance, wage and salary administration, and handling union-related matters in a manufacturing environment. Additionally, you will play a key role in assisting with recruitment activities. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws (Factories Act, EPF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Explosives etc.), maintain necessary records, and coordinate with statutory bodies during inspections and audits. - Design and implement performance appraisal systems (KPI/KRA based), coordinate periodic reviews, and support managers in performance discussions. - Maintain harmonious employee relations, handle union negotiations and grievances, participate in collective bargaining, and represent the company in conciliation or labour office meetings as required. - Supervise and co-ordinate housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness standards are maintained. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in HR or equivalent - 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing setup - Strong knowledge of statutory and labour law compliance - Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills - Prior experience in union handling and industrial relations is essential.,
