Job Description: As a Senior Executive Human Resources, your role involves managing end-to-end employee onboarding, addressing employee grievances with sensitivity and professionalism, and assisting in day-to-day HR operations. You are expected to be detail-oriented, people-focused, and capable of maintaining confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring completion of documentation, system access, and induction sessions. Act as a point of contact for new employees during the onboarding journey. - Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and professional manner, mediating and resolving conflicts when necessary. Maintain a positive, respectful, and compliant workplace culture. - Maintain and update employee records, support HR audits, and compliance documentation. - Ensure adherence to HR policies and company guidelines, maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive employee data. - Organise employee engagement initiatives and feedback sessions to foster a healthy work environment through clear and open communication. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. - 3-5 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles. - Prior experience in a fast-paced, growing startup or scale-up environment will be a plus. - Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills. - Excellent communication and documentation abilities. - Familiarity with labour laws and HR best practices. - Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools is a plus.
