The Role We're growing — fast. And for the first time, we’re looking to bring graphic design in-house with a brand-new role in our Commercial Team. As a Mid Weight Graphic Designer, you’ll be part of the Marketing Team, working closely with Sales and Product to bring our brand and ideas to life through bold, eye-catching visuals. You’ll be at the heart of our visual storytelling — from concept through to execution — shaping everything from brochures and sales decks to digital assets and event materials. What You’ll Be Doing Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to deliver standout creative. Design sales and marketing collateral — brochures, one-pagers, pitch decks, and more. Create a variety of digital assets: social posts, GIFs, e-shots, web visuals, and digital ads. Design exhibition and event materials — think banners, stands, and branded swag. Produce on-brand, high-impact client-facing visuals and motion graphics. Support bid and tender submissions with sharp, professional design work. Think audience-first — always. Push creative boundaries, test new ideas, and keep things fresh. What We’re Looking For A relevant qualification in Graphic Design and at least 3 years’ industry experience. Comfortable taking creative direction but confident enough to lead your own projects. Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Experience with video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro or After Effects). A creative thinker with a strong visual eye and attention to detail. Excellent image editing and layout design skills. Organised, deadline-savvy, and proactive — you get things done. A team player who can also run solo when needed. Positive, ideas-driven, and ready to grow with us. Show more Show less
