Mid-Weight Graphic Designer

Role Overview: At SimplyPhi, we are seeking a Mid Weight Graphic Designer to join our Commercial Team in Indore, India. As part of the Marketing Team, you will collaborate with Sales and Product teams to create compelling visual assets that bring our brand to life. From brochures to digital assets, you will play a crucial role in our visual storytelling process. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to deliver standout creative designs. - Design various sales and marketing collateral such as brochures, one-pagers, pitch decks, etc. - Create a range of digital assets including social media posts, GIFs, e-shots, web visuals, and digital ads. - Develop exhibition and event materials like banners, stands, and branded swag. - Produce high-impact client-facing visuals and motion graphics aligned with the brand. - Support bid and tender submissions with professional design work. - Prioritize audience-centric design approach. - Explore new creative ideas, push boundaries, and maintain a fresh perspective. Qualifications Required: - A relevant qualification in Graphic Design along with a minimum of 3 years of industry experience. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). - Familiarity with video editing software like Premiere Pro or After Effects. - Strong creative thinking skills, attention to detail, and a keen visual eye. - Excellent image editing and layout design capabilities. - Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and take initiative. - Strong team player with the ability to work independently. - Positive attitude, full of ideas, and eager to contribute to the growth of the company.
