Azalio Technologies is looking for a passionate and dynamic Sr. HR & Admin Executive to join our growing team! If you're someone who can multitask, lead HR operations, and handle administrative responsibilities with efficiency, we want to hear from you.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

👥 HR Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes

Maintain and audit employee records, attendance, and timesheets

Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communications

Drive confirmation processes, performance tracking, and documentation

Support recruitment coordination and employee grievance handling

Manage HRMS and ensure compliance with HR policies

Contribute to employer branding and HR-related social media updates

🏢 Admin Responsibilities

Handle travel arrangements including booking of tickets and accommodations ✈️🏨

Oversee office maintenance and manage inventory of supplies and equipment 📦

Ensure all administrative processes are documented and compliant 📄

Liaise with vendors and service providers for timely office support 🔧

Support general office operations and provide cross-functional coordination 📋

🔹 Qualifications & Skills Required

>Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

>3–4 years of relevant experience in HR and Admin roles

>Strong knowledge of MS Office, HRMS, and admin coordination tools

>Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

>Familiarity with social media management is an added advantage
