Position Title: Senior Technology Lead Work Location: Mohali Required Experience : 8 - 12 Years Key Responsibilities Tech-Lead: Deliver robust and performant solutions across the web and mobile platforms Drive project(s) based on different full stack technologies: backend (PHP, MySQL, Redis), frontend (JavaScript, React Native), and DevOps (Kubernetes, CI/CD) Ensure scalable architecture and design and drive technical decisions aligned with business goals Build deep understanding of existing and new projects technologically and client/domain specific. Hands-on and responsible for efficient, secure implementations across technology stack (including third party tools and services) Contribute to project planning by providing technical input on timelines, resource needs, risk assessment, and feasibility. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define deliverables, break down tasks, and ensure alignment between technical execution and business objectives. Harness power of AI in all related areas of application design and development Technical Leadership: Guide a cross-functional team across backend, frontend, and DevOps etc. Act as the technical point of contact, mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver robust and performant solutions across web and mobile platforms. Work with Team lead to set clear goals and objectives for the team, ensuring alignment with company vision and strategy. Stay current with emerging trends and technologies and related frameworks and introduce them to the project(s) as appropriate. Required Skills: 8+ years of hands-on software development experience, with at least 3 years as a tech lead or senior developer. Extensive experience with full stack development; primarily mobile apps, using PHP, JavaScript / TypeScript, Reach Native, MySQL. Good exposure on the mobile app ecosystem like Play Stores, Firebase, one or more payment systems etc. Good Understanding of concepts related to version management, CI/CD pipelines, etc. Know how about Redis, Kubernetes, Helm charts, GitHub etc. Excellent conversational skills Knowledge on NodeJS is a plus Share your cv at Email ID: hr.1@azalio.io Show more Show less
