Senior Technology Lead

As a Senior Technology Lead at our Mohali location, you will be responsible for delivering robust and performant solutions across web and mobile platforms. Your role will involve driving projects utilizing various full stack technologies such as backend (PHP, MySQL, Redis), frontend (JavaScript, React Native), and DevOps (Kubernetes, CI/CD). It is essential to ensure scalable architecture and design while aligning technical decisions with business goals. You will be expected to develop a deep understanding of both existing and new projects from a technological and client/domain-specific perspective. Your hands-on involvement will be crucial in ensuring efficient and secure implementations across the technology stack, including third-party tools and services. Additionally, you will play a vital role in contributing to project planning by providing technical insights on timelines, resource requirements, risk assessment, and feasibility. Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders, you will define deliverables, break down tasks, and ensure alignment between technical execution and business objectives. Embracing the power of AI in all aspects of application design and development will be a key focus area. In terms of technical leadership, you will guide a cross-functional team spanning backend, frontend, DevOps, and more. Serving as the technical point of contact, you will mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and closely collaborate with product and design teams to deliver high-quality solutions across web and mobile platforms. Working in conjunction with the Team Lead, you will establish clear goals and objectives for the team, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and strategy. Keeping abreast of emerging trends and technologies, you will introduce relevant frameworks to the projects as needed. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 8 years of hands-on software development experience, with at least 3 years in a tech lead or senior developer capacity. Your expertise should extend to full stack development, particularly in mobile apps, using technologies such as PHP, JavaScript/TypeScript, React Native, and MySQL. A solid understanding of version management concepts, CI/CD pipelines, and familiarity with tools like Redis, Kubernetes, Helm charts, and GitHub are essential.
