Key Responsibilities: - RHOCP Commissioning and Deployment: - Hands-on experience in deploying RHOCP on BareMetal Servers with external SAN Storage - Stay up to date with all OpenShift platform deployment variants and releases - RHOCP Skills and Upgrades: - Perform OCP and Operator upgrades - Understand upgrade paths of RHOCP relevant to our usage and OCP releases - Implement security hardening of RHOCP, Operators, and OCP-V - Utilize advanced storage technologies such as LVM, ISCSI, SAN & NAS, Red Hat CEPH Storage - Implement advanced OCP Networking including Bonding, Bridging, VLAN Configuration, OVN, OVS, NAD, Multus secondary network - Develop Disaster Recovery solutions using OCP - Perform Kernel and Performance tuning - Manage Middleware services on OCP like Observability stack, Service Mesh, Secret Management - Backup and Restore OCP and its workload - Provide support in prototyping and identifying appropriate solutions for the OpenShift platform - Assist in dimensioning and defining deployment architecture - Suggest continuous improvements for the platform deployment and configuration - Support in debugging and resolving issues from field and internal verification rounds Preferred Skills: - Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Tekton - Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana - Relevant certifications such as RHCE, Red Hat OpenShift Specialist are preferred Education: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field - Red Hat certifications are a plus Behavioral Competency: - Attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to engage with customers to identify their true needs - Proactive, self-managing, and able to initiate new work - Willingness to approach undefined problems with innovation and adaptability Required Experience: 2-5 years,
