Role Overview: Join a world leader in Cloud-based software solutions for the Space Designing industry as a Software Engineer at Cyncly. You will be working on Cyncly SaaS products like Spaces Flex, a 3D WEB interior/exterior design software with End-to-End integration with eCommerce, Order Management, and other CRM solutions, as well as content platforms. The engineering team comprises SaaS skilled developers, architects, and team leads, providing a challenging product development environment with ample learning and growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop code that is performance-oriented, cost-effective, and follows company-defined security standards. - Elaborate interfaces using standards and design principles defined by the team. - Develop systems with high availability. - Proficient in Unit testing and PSR Standards. - Master Software Development lifecycle, standards, and technologies used by the team. - Deliver on time with high quality. - Write Automation tests to assist the Automation SIT team. - Troubleshooting and debugging skills for faster defect fixing. - Perform technical documentation of the implemented tasks. - Provide guidance and mentoring to Interns/Freshers and other programmers. - Identify and recommend areas appropriate for further study and participate in any Proof of Concept projects required to thoroughly investigate architectural possibilities and strengthen arguments for their adoption. - Identify implementation risks, analyze potential impact on the enterprise, and on the achievement of scheduled objectives. - Recommend and participate in the design and implementation of standards, tools, and methodologies. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computers or IT-related courses. - 1-3 years of experience working in an agile environment with full stack development. Must Have: - Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and experience with frameworks like ReactJS, VueJS, or BackboneJS. - Good understanding of backend technologies like NodeJS, C#, Microservices, and .NET Core. - Good understanding with NoSQL databases like CosmosDB or MongoDB. - Proficiency in unit testing frameworks like JEST. - Troubleshooting and debugging skills for issues and performance bottlenecks. - Cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility knowledge. - Participation in code reviews and adherence to coding standards. - Experience on responsive and adaptive UI development (Tablet and Phone based web app development). About The Role: The role involves processing dispatch requests via Zendesk or other channels, setting up licensing tools, and coordinating with internal teams like implementation, training, and support. Responsibilities include handling catalogue requests, licensing queries, access requests, churn requests, and on-stop requests, as well as processing license replacements. Availability from 12:30 pm IST to 9:30 pm IST is a requirement for this role. Main Responsibilities: Process Entitlement Requests. Handle all Entitlement requests received via Zendesk tickets or alternative channels if not yet processed through CRM. Communicate with customers to provide necessary details regarding Entitlement requests. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., implementation, training, support) to ensure proper coordination and communication regarding Entitlements. Catalogue & licensing Queries & Support. Clarification of catalogue and licensing details for the sales team. Churn requests in coordination with Finance and Renewals teams. "On Stop" requests in coordination with Finance. License Replacements. Required Skills and Experience: Strong communication and coordination skills across internal teams and with customers with a prerequisite for strong English verbal and written. Proficiency in handling ticketing systems like Zendesk. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to learn and use multiple inhouse developed IT Systems to manage Entitlement Provisions.
