Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Operations Manager. The role is located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The HR Operations Manager will oversee daily HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities also include managing HR information systems, coordinating training programs, and supporting recruitment processes. The HR Operations Manager will ensure a positive work environment and address any HR-related issues promptly.

• Experience in employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation
• Proficient in HR information systems and HR data management
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle HR-related issues promptly and effectively
• Experience in training and development programs
• Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree or HR certification is a plus
