Ensure accessibility and usability best practices are followed throughout the design process. Work closely with engineers to ensure smooth design implementation and maintain design integrity. Present and communicate design ideas, rationale, and progress to stakeholders and leadership teams. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design quality. Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design processes, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying research insights to design decisions. Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and user-centered design principles. Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with engineers. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions effectively. Experience working within an agile development process is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field is preferred.
