Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to define and implement innovative design solutions.
• Conduct user research to understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points, translating insights into intuitive design solutions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data analysis to enhance user experience.
• Ensure accessibility and usability best practices are followed throughout the design process.
• Work closely with engineers to ensure smooth design implementation and maintain design integrity.
• Present and communicate design ideas, rationale, and progress to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design quality.
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design processes, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying research insights to design decisions.
• Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and user-centered design principles.
• Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with engineers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions effectively.
• Experience working within an agile development process is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field is preferred.
