Senior Technology Lead

Role Overview: As a Senior Technology Lead at our Mohali office, you will play a crucial role in delivering robust and performant solutions across web and mobile platforms. Your responsibilities will include driving projects based on a variety of full stack technologies, ensuring scalable architecture and design, and contributing to project planning. Additionally, you will guide a cross-functional team, act as a technical point of contact, and stay current with emerging trends and technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver robust and performant solutions across web and mobile platforms - Drive projects based on different full stack technologies, including backend (PHP, MySQL, Redis), frontend (JavaScript, React Native), and DevOps (Kubernetes, CI/CD) - Ensure scalable architecture and design aligned with business goals - Build deep understanding of existing and new projects technologically and client/domain specific - Guide a cross-functional team across backend, frontend, and DevOps - Act as the technical point of contact, mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and collaborate closely with product and design teams - Work with Team lead to set clear goals and objectives for the team, ensuring alignment with company vision and strategy - Stay current with emerging trends and technologies and introduce them to the project(s) as appropriate Qualification Required: - 8+ years of hands-on software development experience, with at least 3 years as a tech lead or senior developer - Extensive experience with full stack development, primarily mobile apps, using PHP, JavaScript / TypeScript, React Native, MySQL - Good understanding of concepts related to version management, CI/CD pipelines, etc. - Knowledge of Redis, Kubernetes, Helm charts, GitHub, and NodeJS is a plus - Excellent conversational skills Note: Kindly share your CV at hr.1@azalio.io to apply for this position.,
